We're big fans of making life easier and doing simple things with big benefits. Like this super simple tip that is so easy: SIP your water. Sip it slowly throughout the day. The idea behind sipping is that you give your body a chance to use the water on a cellular level, as opposed to chugging a glass of water quickly, which won't absorb as much and goes right through you - that's why you'll find yourself running to the loo soon after downing a full glass.
To get a head start on hydration, grab a glass first thing (or keep a clean one in the medicine cabinet) and sip as you get ready. It's refreshing to start the day (and then we don't feel bad if we make it to 3pm and realise the only liquid we've had was coffee and whatever water was in the greens at lunch).
So there you go. Take a break from counting those 8 ounce glasses and simply sip and enjoy.
