Tangles are annoying. We know. All of our lives we've dealt with the hair pulling and yanking that comes with having hair that is long enough to get into knots. We've recommended using a wide tooth comb to ease the post-shower brush out, and now we have a second solution. We've recently discovered the Wet Brush. and had to tell you about it. It was recommended months ago to Andrea by her hair stylist, but she stuck with the wide tooth until Angela recently purchased one of these babies, and now we're both converts. It's one of those products that we love because it makes our beauty routines easier, therefore makes our day-to-day easier.
Using a wet brush is super simple. It's a regular brush with benefits. You can use it in any hair state; to detangle with conditioner in the shower, on wet hair post shower, on hair as it dries, or on dry hair. It has thin, flexible bristles that glide through hair without pulling or stretching strands (which leads to breakage) and the tips on the end of the bristles are massaging and stimulate the hair follicle.
And don't forget to store it bristles down to keep it dust-free.
You can check with your local salon to see if they have them in stock, or you can grab one online at thewetbrush.com.
